My friend Meredith and I hosted these online videos for Radio Shack and Popular Mechanics. Each one features a different DIY project:

I like your projects but I wish you would have provided parts lists, schematics and any other info necessary to build these on your own. The only link provided is radioshack.com/diy and these projects are no where to be found on that site.

  2. Ken says:

Thanks Doug, and my understanding is that the original plan was to link to more complete parts lists. Hopefully this will be online soon! Sorry I don’t have more info at this point.

No RSS feed? I would love to follow some of these, if they were a bit more detailed, had schematics and parts list. But not having a RSS feed means I will never remember to _manually_ visit this site on a regular basis.

There is indeed a feed, which your reader should find if you subscribe to “www.murphlab.com”. But if not, here ya go:

  5. Hi Ken,

My hubby & daughter made a few blinkybugs that I thought you may like to see — I posted a short video of them in action. Thanks for the fun project!! 🙂

      Valerie-

I just read your post… that’s really great! I’m glad your family had fun making Blinkybugs. Looks like they came out really well! And I love the video 🙂

      Take care,
      Ken
